By accessing or using Canvassed ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Canvassed is an independent technology platform and is not affiliated with the City of London or any official municipal election body.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful political campaigning and voter outreach purposes. You must not use the Platform to distribute spam, harass individuals, or violate the Municipal Elections Act (MEA).
Campaigns are solely responsible for obtaining necessary consent before collecting voter data. You agree that any data derived from official voters' lists will not be published digitally and will be verifiably destroyed within 120 days post-election in accordance with the MEA. Canvassed provides tools for data management but assumes no liability for a campaign's misuse of personal data.
Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely via our third-party provider (Stripe). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Canvassed is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of predictive algorithms or canvassing data. In no event shall Canvassed be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.
